last night I carved a circle in my palm to lead you to me / you gave me the instructions in an alcohol-burnt dream / I let my blood drip on the candles till they sputtered and went black / in the metallic smoke I thought that I could see you looking back / more vivid than a memory you spoke through whispered tones / you promised if I loved you I would never be alone / and now I feel you all around me and I'm shaking, breathing fire / my ribs are caving in and all I want to do is die / now your hazy ghost loves me like you never did before / it’s got me tangled in the sheets, it’s got me writhing on the floor / it’s got a lock around my ankle and a chain that drags my feet / I hear the jingle and the jangle as it asks “do you love me?” / do you love me? (do you love me?) / like I love you

Stunning album and artist. Dark love. The best dark vibes in genre. I prefer the first works because they are darker than the last. We're waiting for her come back. Get well soon. raulmori

It's uncanny just how good Actors is at emulating that Post-Punk synth sound from my younger days.
Each listen just gets better and better. I feel slightly ashamed for not having heard this album until a few short days ago. modestwriggles
Cinematic-scale goth from Reflection Black with catchy melodies, dreamy synths, punchy rhythms, and a sense of timelessness. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 21, 2023
A killer re-release of a rare solo post-punk LP from 1988 by the frontman of Taste of Decay and Garden of Pleasures. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 17, 2022

nice album! Strong vocals in the vein of Sisters of Mercy, Fields of the Nephilim maybe, mixed with Duane Eddy ish twang! Brilliant combo for a soundtrack for driving determined on an empty western Highway towards an uncertain fate. router
